Make a creamy baked asparagus

Tossed with a creamy sauce and covered with a crispy topping, with asparagus is sure to be a family favorite.I hope you will enjoy this recipe. Yummi

What you will need:

1 Lb (450g) of fresh asparagus spears and trimmed

1/4 cup of kraft rancher's choice dressing

2 tablespoons of kraft 100% parmesan grated cheese

12 crackers of coarsely crushed ritz crackers

How to:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the asparagus in simmering water in large skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until it bright in green, but still crisp, drain.

Toss the asparagus with dressing in 1 1/2 to 2 Liters baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crackers crumbs.

Bake it 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned and the mixture is heated through.

The cooking takes 25 minutes and makes 4 servings

Yum, asparagus is one of my absolute favorite vegetables. This recipe sounds delicious. I also love serving them in a light, minimal balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Cheers!
